At Cunha Disposal we provide blocking for the dumpster to sit on and do our very best to ensure a smooth delivery. However, we are not responsible for cracks, ruts or sinking ect of any surface that is beyond our control. Please keep in even with blocking, dumpsters are very heavy and may affect/damage soft surfaces such as hot asphalt or damp yards/grass.
Dumpsters are big and heavy ! When choosing your location to have the dumpster set it is best to choose a hard, level surface away from any trees or low hanging wires. Also, keep in mind that both the dumpster and truck that sets/removes the dumpsters are heavy. This means that soft surfaces such as hot asphalt or wet ground/grass may be affected/damaged by the weight. We do provide blocking for under the dumpster but we are not responsible for cracks, ruts, sinking ect of any surface beyond our control.
Each town/city has different requirements for this situation. Please contact us if you need to have it placed in the street. NOTE: NO dumpster will be placed in the street without a prior phone call to ensure all proper permitting/ permission from the city/town is in place.
If the items/material going into the dumpster requires being loaded by machine please contact us prior to booking. Customer is responsible for ANY and ALL damage to the dumpster including from the use of a machine.
